MEAN Subwoofers
These new 3512R subwoofers are MEAN! One important note: If you are coming from another large 12" subwoofer (like a ZV5 12"), it will probably be a TIGHT fit getting these into the same cutout on your enclosure. You may have to take the direct wired metal contacts attached to the push terminals and push them inwards slightly, as they might not be completely vertical from the factory. But if you do this, and you WIGGLE them right, you should be able to get them into the same box you used before. It just might take some patience. But PERFORMANCE-WISE, oh MAN! These things hit HARD, and they still get LOW, even with a lower rated excursion than similar subwoofers from other brands like Sundown. I am running two of these wired to 0.4 on a Sundown SALT-8 amplifier, and they are seeing up to ~11k watts at times at 1.2-1.3 ohms (subs are still breaking in, impedance is a little high) and they LOVE it. These things are POWER HUNGRY. You definitely will want to feed them at LEAST the 3500 watts each they are rated for, but you will find that they will handle a lot more. I used to be able to REALLY smell my ZV5s after going hard on just one song, but with these, I have to go hard for probably a good 15-20 minutes before I can BARELY begin to smell a HINT of something. They are heavy duty, and the proprietary cooling system that Alphard designed for them keeps them running cooler for longer than their competitors. I'm running two of these out of the trunk of my Chevy Malibu, and I am not sure what I am metering yet, but I know it is at LEAST in the low 150s. These things BANG! Deaf Bonce is taking over the game!

Deaf Bonce 3512
I must confess, for just running one of these subs, I am thoroughly impressed!

Kind of an SQL Sub
These lil' monsters are from another universe, sporting the new 3.5" coil,it's build is in comparison somewhere between a DD9512j and a DD9912k except with that free carbon SQ upgrades. I'm leaning more towards a korean 4k than a brazil 5k Bi-amp setup.I just happen to have to have $1200 laying around.

DB 3512
I built a box for it only to find out that mounting holes are too close to the lip all the way around. I spent my money on box and subs and now all that is wasted. Deaf bonce engineers sucks big time. They could have spread the mounting holes even a 1/4 of an inch wider like the other brands. I’m pissed off. I should have purchase crossfire or wolfram. It’s just sucks for me.
