Dual 12" Custom Kerf Ported Subwoofer Box (HAND MADE IN THE USA)

The only reason for the Three stars is because it took a little longer than the 6 to 8 weeks build time it says actually took about 12 weeks but other than that its a well built enclosure

This will be the second box I've had built.. two different people did the box's and I have to say, you can definitely tell the difference in builders not gone say which box is better or worse they both nice but you can tell one took more time then the other one...

This box is a work of art Keith does amazing work! I would highly recommend if your looking for top notch work!

From the time I ordered the enclosure till finish. Barb helped me every step and let me know any changes, and if delays. She is a great person and Keiths work is amazing and best I ever seen.

The build quality of this box is out of this world fantastic. The reason for my lower score is because of the build time, shipping and terminal cup. The build time took about 2-3 weeks longer than I was promised,shipping took 3 days longer than promised. For the terminal cup, the way it is installed/bulid in needs to be a push style cup. The fact i have to use ring terminals for the speaker wire is crazy. When you get the wire hooked up to the terminal cup and put back in,it bends the hell out of the wire and is currently causing issues and now im looking at having to replace ther terminal cup

If your thinking about it, just do it! You WILL NOT be disappointed. After having my car audio shop I go to build me a box that turned out wrong (cubic feet was too small, tuned incredibly high not at 32HZ like I asked, not flush mounted like I asked) I decided to go with D4S. I received my box last night and the craftsmanship is outstanding! Keith Sanders is awesome and totally killed it! It’s exactly build to the specs I wanted. You can get them cheaper from shops but what happened to me might happen to you. You get what you pay for. This new box made all the difference. It’s so much cleaner and louder now. Very pleased.

Amazing Craftsmanship. Best customer service!

First of all let me say thanks to Kieth and Barbara for excellent customer service. Barbara took care of my order and kept me informed throughout the process. I did not rush or bother them with endless communications. Keith sent me out some pictures of the enclosure and and the process before shipping. Now to the best part, I received the enclosure on Monday and with the packaging, I was very impressed so I knew if they took this much time to package the box, I could expect nothing but a 5 star box inside. I was blown away with Keith's craftsmanship and right away I had to text Barbara and let them know how happy I was. About 2 months ago, I order a kerf ported enclosure from another online seller who is always running specials on kerf ported boxes and I must tell you, first of all, you get what you pay for, second of all, the box went into the trash a month ago. The box I got from D4S came sanded perfectly, great wood, rounded corners, 45's inside all the corners for reinforcement, and packaging was excellent! I will continue to order from D4S. Thank you all!

From the personal phone call from Keith, being able to fanboy out for a few mins lol to the updates they send, JP will always have the best customer service out there hands down. Now to the encloser itself I had got it pretty basic wanted to paint it myself. Now getting it seeing it just sanded and how perfect each piece is I dont wanna mess with it. Built exact to spec. He had sent me pictures and those looked amazing but in person you just can't quite find the right words to describe how good it really looks. Sounds just like it looks lol perfect. If you're thinking about it just do it. You won't be disappointed

I received my box (or enclosure as an awesome builder calls them) the other day and after I unpacked it, which was a little bit of a task as they are packaged very well. I was speechless. This is NOT some prefabricated P.O.S. like you would see laying around a stereo shop or something, 1” thick MDF blah blah. I opted for the heavy duty for my NSv4s, the baffle is 2 and 1/4” thick. Excellent craftsmanship, look inside, no globs of glue running all over, may not mean much to some but to me it screams quality. These are 100% custom built, worth every penny! Beautiful box, sorry K.S. enclosure ;-)
