Excessive Amperage 320a Alternator for a 2004 Toyota Tundra 4.7L

It says in the description it takes 6 to 8 week for the the alt the get build; got mines was almost a week late getting out to me. Furthermore when I got in I installed it, and noticed that the voltage was wayyy to high like around 18 volts, double check everything and I installed it correctly and even got a second opinion and it was something wrong with the alternator. Still cool about everything and reached out to excessive voltage and he replied quickly and was like ok I’ll send out a shipping label so you can ship it back to me; I shipped it out to him. It’s been about a month now and I still have received my replacement alternator. Not only that I’ve had my system ready for months now and not able to play a tune because someone lied about their resume.
