The NEW woofers in the Zv6 series have it all; MORE POWER HANDLING 2500W RMS, and it's all that and more! This Sundown audio Zv6 Woofers offer the most insane BASS at a very affordable price. It is the second step up in Sundown's “ultra-high excursion” subwoofer lineup after the Sundown X v.3 series.
Sundown Audio Zv6 changes (Quad Stacked Motor):
The Z.v6 replaces the world-famous Sundown Z v.5 series. Thick quad stacked motor, thicker top plate, additional bl, and sundown's new zv6 woofers. All models feature our custom tooled and patented frames (US Patent Numbers D691596, D691597, D691598, and D741841). Compared to the X v.3 motors, both the top & back plates are thicker, allowing for even more magnetic strength and excursion potential. Sundown Audio Specs the motor drives a 3″ diameter 8-Layer Flat Wire Aluminum Coil wound on a thick aluminum former to incredible levels of excursion that account for pure BASS mastery. The BL of this motor is an impressive 25mm T^2/RE! All models utilize a low carbon steel top plate which has been black powder coated along with our cast aluminum baskets. Sundown audio zv6 drivers also come standard with dual 1/0 AWG compression terminals for unbeatable current flow, voltage transfer, and dc resistance. Customers love the Z V 6, just read the reviews.
