Well this is the second one I bought and my plan was to strap them together but can't do that with the speakers I have because I can't get it down to two ohms. So going to have a speaker box built with each speaker having its own chamber and just running the salt 2 on each level for DC Audio 12. I still have to change out my AGM for my 2 D4S lithium batteries and super cap to add in. It's going to have plenty of juice because I also have a singer 250 amp alternator so my voltage drop should be very low.

I just purchased a second one of these. Trying to decide whether to strap or wire separately. But I love these amps. Really wish I could afford the Salt 4.

This is an awesome amp. It never gets over 80 degrees no matter how hard I push it. I also noticed this has a bass knob just like the Down4sound JP 23. But I'm sure sundown had it first. My only complaint is that it is way too bright. There should be some way you could adjust the brightness because in the mornings when it's dark on the way to work it looks like I have blue LEDs in my car. But it pushes my DC Audio level 4 12 pretty damn good. Definitely thinking about either getting another level four so I can wire it to 1 ohm.

I purchased this amp as an upgrade from a JX-1000D and man the Salt2 puts out true power! What sold me on the amp was that it only required a 120amp fuse. I have this amp on 2 DC Audio level 3 4 ohm DVC 10's and they are banging! A+++ Sundown Audio & D4S!!
